Meet Your Creative Director

My name is Melissa Johnson, and I am soooo looking forward to Shine 08!!! Although I am a worship leader here at Celebration, you won’t be seeing me on the stage this year because I am currently pregnant with twins!!!

For this year’s Shine conference, I am serving as the Creative Director. What does that mean exactly . . . ? Well, basically I have been a part of creating, staffing and directing all the creative elements that will happen during the conference sessions.

One of which is something that you have to be sure that you are here early and in your seat for . . . the Shine Opener happening Thursday night, May 1st at 7:30pm!!! This year’s opener, which includes a Celebration first, has some exciting and powerful elements that you simply do NOT want to miss!!! Oh my gosh! I wish I could tell you all the details, but you just have to be there and experience it yourself!

Of course there will be some other really fun and interesting creative moments throughout the Shine conference that will sure to keep you entertained and inspired. I am truly honored to be a part of this awesome team. This year promises to be the best Shine ever!!!!!

    Oh my gosh, Melissa! I didn’t think you were at Celebration anymore (LOL). No, really, Melissa you’re gorgeous, and I know that God is using your talent to produce great things for SHINE this year, as well as in every other area of your life. You are simply amazing. And I can’t wait to see all the creative elements you have in store for us. I love you!

    How exciting this is for you! I have watched you many times on stage, and your energy has always touched me. I know with you as the Creative Director, it really will be the best Shine ever! Thank you for allowing God to use you for His will.
