Meet Your Prayer Room Zone Leader
Hello Beautiful Friends!
My name is Katie Sullivan and I am one of the pastors on staff at Celebration Church. I serve alongside my husband Darren as the Campus Pastors for Orange Park. Can I just say, “You Rock OP Chicks!!!?” We have a bunch of amazing gals attending Shine from the Clay County area.
One of my passions is prayer and I am very excited about being the zone leader for the prayer room. The prayer room is intended to be a place where you can respond to what God is doing in your heart during the Shine Conference. It will be open at designated times before and after each session, as well as during the altar calls.
Many women find that God is tugging at their hearts and they want a quiet place to sit and process what He is speaking. The prayer room is design with this in mind. The room will be divided into three sections including:
- a place to sit quietly to journal or pray
- a place to take communion and reflect on the cross
- a place to receive prayer from one of our prayer team members
It will be beautifully decorated with flowing fabric from floor to ceiling, scented candles, comfy pillows and soft lighting to provide soothing environment for connection with God.
Our prayer team members will be available to pray one on one with anyone who needs someone to come in agreement or stand in the gap for loved ones. We will also have special intercessory prayer going on during the entire conference to lift up the needs of the women attending and for the presence of God to move in greater and more powerful ways than we have experienced yet.
Make sure to stop by the prayer room during Shine 2008. I promise it will be worth the trip!
Love,
Katie
