God’s love for humanity is a love-in-action. His goodness is goodness-in-action, never passive. At SHINE we always want to give you the chance to respond to God by pouring out His love on others who need to see His love-in-action. We partner with incredible organizations to make a difference locally, nationally and globally.

Local/National
FORSAKEN GENERATION: Bringing Hope to Homeless Youth
Forsaken Generation Youth Homeless Project is a nationwide effort dedicated to ending youth homelessness. The organization collaborates with local organizations and shelters to increase awareness, raise financial support and build a better future for the nation’s homeless youth. SHINE is honored to partner with Forsaken Generation and local Northeast Florida homeless shelters to bring hope to youth who are homeless. At SHINE, you will have an opportunity to help by providing financial donations or by bringing youth clothing donations including t-shirts, pants, socks.
International
BE HER FREEDOM: Fighting Against Human Trafficking
We can all play a part in fighting against the global injustice of human trafficking. Join SHINE as we partner with the A21 Campaign to rescue, rebuild and restore victims of this injustice. Be Her Freedom is an initiative of A21 Campaign dedicated to raising awareness and taking a stand against the crime of human trafficking. At SHINE, you will have an opportunity to become a Be Her Freedom sponsor and help financially contribute to the medical, legal and psychological costs of rescuing and restoring these beautiful women.
CHICKS FOR CHICKS: Providing Economic Opportunity for Women in Africa
Empowering women economically allows them to gain more equality and control over their own lives, while contributing directly to their children’s nutrition, health, education. SHINE will be partnering again with Celebration Church Zimbabwe to launch a chicken farm to benefit the women in Africa. Chickens in Zimbabwe serve as a powerful source of food as well as barter currency. Join SHINE in empowering the women in Zimbabwe by becoming a financial sponsor. Sponsors will have the opportunity to help purchase chickens, fence links and other farm materials.
